Also, can I use my own transformer?
No, this is not possible. LED electronics in particular are sensitive to malfunctions or fluctuations in the system. We draw your attention to the fact that if you use components in the system of in-lite that are not from in-lite, the warranty lapses. The quality of our products can then no longer be guaranteed by us.
A part of my outdoor lighting is missing or defective, what should I do?
Certain parts are available separately through our dealers. If they do not have it in stock, they can order it from us. Should it not be a part that is easy to replace, the warranty and repair rule applies.
Am I entitled to warranty?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive warranty 5 years on all parts. Please see our warranty & repairs page for this.
Can I use another brand of 12 volt cable?
No, this is not possible. LED electronics in particular are sensitive to malfunctions or fluctuations in the system. What should I do if a single outdoor light does not light?
Check that the lighting is properly connected to the cable. Refer to the Installation Tips page, the processing advice accompanying our products and the product manual. Test the Easy-Lock by replacing it with that of another (working) lamp. Does it still not work? Contact the gardener or dealer where the product was purchased. They can also supply you with a replacement Easy-Lock.
How do I connect the lights to the 12 volt cable?
Connecting in-lite lighting to the cable is done using the in-lite Easy-Lock and mini-connector. On the installation tips page you will find some helpful videos on how to connect our system. For specific installation instructions, please consult the processing advice and manual of the respective product.
