No, this is not possible. LED electronics in particular are susceptible to failures or fluctuations in the system. We wish to point out the fact that, if you use components in the in-lite system that are not from in-lite, the warranty no longer applies. In this case, we are unable to guarantee the quality of our products.
In the unlikely event that you discover a defect, you can submit a warranty claim to your landscaper or the dealer who sold you the product. It is important to provide a copy of your receipt or invoice. So make sure to keep this in a safe place! Your in-lite products come with a five-year warranty. To make a claim on the warranty, you must submit proof of purchase. If you do not have this document or have misplaced it, you can ask your dealer or landscaper for a copy or receipt for the purchase if available.
We offer a five-year warranty on fixtures, transformers, cables, Easy-Locks, cable connectors (CC-2) and the mini-connector, provided they are installed according to the instructions in the manual. We do not offer a warranty on replaceable LED, halogen or incandescent light bulbs. If components are used in the system that are not from in-lite, the warranty no longer applies. In this case, no rights may be derived from the operational hours of LED and other light sources that are communicated. In the event of a replacement product, a warranty claim may only be made during the remainder of the warranty period. Important: When installing the system, make sure the components can be accessed for replacement.
