What do I do if the motion detector is not working?

Check whether the motion detector is still connected properly, that the transformer is set properly and/or whether the motion detector (front) is clean. Otherwise, check the manual. If this concerns a SMART MOVE, it is also possible that the solar panel has not charged the internal battery. To charge it, set it in direct daylight for around three hours. Still not working? Contact your landscaper or dealer who sold you the product.

It is possible that your SMART MOVE is not fully up-to-date. A new software version may be available. To download the new software, make sure you have a good internet connection and Bluetooth connection with the SMART-HUB 150. Open the app and, after a few minutes, check whether an update for the SMART MOVE is displayed in the routine screen.
