Warranty claim

In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with an in-lite product, a warranty claim can be made within the stipulated warranty conditions. We ask that you always examine the item yourself first and, where possible, fix it yourself. If this does not work, please follow the steps below:

  • Fill out the Warranty Claim Form at the bottom of this page.
  • You will receive an email confirming your warranty claim notification.
  • Our customer service will handle your warranty claim.

Notice! Each product must be added separately. If you have several of the same type of product or receipt, please duplicate the first item and edit the data where necessary. To process the product, we ask you to fill out the form as completely as possible.
