Responding to a vacancy
If you leave data via our website as part of a job application, we and our partners will only use this data for the purpose of the application procedure for the vacancy you applied for. If the vacancy you have applied for is filled, or withdrawn, we will destroy the data you have left, such as curriculum vitae, photo and motivation letter, unless we have obtained your permission to keep the data longer for possible future vacancies.

In some cases (if you submit a request as part of in-lite LAB), a landscaper/garden architect affiliated with us receives your personal data from us so that proposals can be made.

Personal data may be processed outside the E.U. or E.E.R.. This usually involves the United States. We then ensure that the third parties processing your personal data under the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework are certified or work with the E.U.'s model transfer contracts.
