Check if the light is properly connected to the cable. Refer to the Installation Tips page, the product installation advice, and the product manual. Test the EASY-LOCK by replacing it with the one from another (working) light. Still not working? Contact the landscaper or dealer where the product was purchased. They can also provide you with a replacement EASY-LOCK.

You can connect in-lite lighting to the cable using the in-lite EASY-LOCK and mini-connector. On the Installation Tips page, you will find several useful videos about connecting our system. For specific installation instructions, refer to the installation advice and the manual for the respective product.

It is not possible to dim 12V lighting connected to the transformer. However, there are some 230V wall fixtures and Smart outdoor lights in the range that are dimmable. For the appropriate dimmer, please refer to the product page of the respective wall fixture.

The HUB-50/100 transformers are equipped with 2 easy-connect click connections. Follow these steps to connect the cable: Cut one end of the cable a few centimeters down the middle, creating two cable ends side by side. Strip approximately 8 mm of insulation from both cable ends using a cable stripper. Twist the copper strands of each cable end together so that no loose wires stick out. Lift the Easy-Connect clip on the cable input upward and insert one cable end into the input. Secure the cable by pushing the Easy-Connect clip downward. Lightly pull on the cable to ensure it is firmly connected. Repeat these steps for the other cable end. If desired, you can connect a second cable to the transformer. Both cables will be controlled together by the transformer. The SMART HUB-150 transformer is equipped with 3 easy-connect click connections. If desired, you can connect a second and third cable to the transformer. The cables can be controlled individually using the in-lite app.

We have two different types of cables in our range: the 14/2 cable and the 10/2 cable. With the 14/2 cable, you can have a maximum linear cable length of 40 meters. With the 10/2 cable, you can have a maximum linear cable length of 80 meters. To ensure you do not exceed the maximum cable length, calculate the length from the transformer to the end of the cable. This also applies to any branches. Each endpoint of the cable must not be further than 40 or 80 meters from the transformer, depending on the cable type. All values apply per cable output.
