Imagine going home after a long day. Now that the days are getting shorter and it is getting darker out faster, the homely cosiness may be particularly appealing to get back to. But the driveway is typically the one neglected area of the home, where the car is usually parked in the dark, and where the way from the car to the front door can leave us somewhat eery-feeling, a moment to quickly get past. With in-lite it doesn’t have to be this way. In this article, we'll explore the benefits of outdoor lighting with motion detection, its various applications, and how you can elevate your home with our innovative lighting solutions.

1. in-lite’s garden lighting solutions offer a wide range of styles and functionalities to choose from without any compromise whatsoever. We may need more powerful, wide, or specific lighting in particular areas, like at the front door or in the garage, but somewhat dimmed and perhaps ambient lighting in other areas, like the driveway itself or the terrasse where we’re having a drink with family and close friends. A carefully selected range of styles implemented in the garden and driveway can illuminate our home and garden area in exclusive yet functional ways.
2. What is more, in-lite’s hub, motion sensors and wi-fi settings allow the fixtures to only use electricity whenever either movement is detected in the garden or driveway, or when you have automated your settings in the in-lite App that way; for example, the garden and driveway lighting  can automatically be switched off half an hour after you’ve called it a day.

To illuminate the outside area of the home, in-lite offers two types of driveway lighting with motion sensor; SMART MOVE and MOVE. Depending on the type of devices selected, a few installation recommendations are offered to you to ensure a smooth installing process.

1.  Before selecting the right model to install, please don’t hesitate to contact us to make a 2D-design for your garden, or walk us through what you have in mind to ensure that we can have a think with you for efficiency purposes, and prevent you from having to contact us again later.
2. After having selected a particular driveway light, or a carefully selected bunch, please make sure that you install them within the recommended distance and range of two meters. We’d recommend ordering an extension cable with our traditional MOVE models to be able to increase that distance to 20 meters. Please also note that our SMART-MOVE allow for more flexibility and can go the distance, which may be much easier down the line as you may what to change it up over time.
3. If you have purchased a SMART-MOVE, our solar-powered options, please make sure to unpack it and expose it to sunlight at least three hours before installation to ensure that it works as intended.
