We are proud to announce an important change in the leadership of in-lite. After 25 years, founder and CEO Jürgen van Dijk will hand over the reins to Alex Paleewong, who has been instrumental to the company’s success as COO for the past 20 years. This transition marks the beginning of a new phase in our international growth ambitions, with Alex stepping into the role of CEO.

Jürgen van Dijk will remain closely involved with in-lite in his new position as CSO (Chief Strategy Officer). In this strategic role, he will focus on our long-term vision and growth objectives. Together with our investment partner, 3d investors, and the board, he will continue to support the team in this next phase of growth.

25 years ago, Jürgen van Dijk started with a simple halogen bulb called GLO-LITE in a small village in the Netherlands. Driven by passion for the brand, a strong entrepreneurial mentality, our employees and partners, he transformed in-lite from a local initiative to a leading international company. Under his leadership, in-lite has grown into an organization with more than 70+ employees, spread across Europe and North America, and a broad network of loyal customers and partners.
