Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 4 p.m.). Important! Do not save products for warranty claims. We obviously try to process the claim as soon as possible, but please allow for a processing time of about 1.5 to 2 weeks. From a service point of view to your customer, we therefore request that you report the product directly to us.
