Warranty claim

In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with an in-lite product, a warranty claim can be made within the stipulated warranty conditions. We ask that you always examine the item yourself first and, where possible, fix it yourself. If this does not work, please follow the steps below:

  • Fill out the Warranty Claim Form at the bottom of this page.
  • You will receive an email confirming your warranty claim notification.
  • Our customer service will handle your warranty claim. If the item needs to be handled by our technical service, you will receive an email from our customer service with a return label.
  • Please make sure that the item is always packed according to our packaging guidelines.

Once your package is received by us, our technical department will check it and process it. They will assess whether the product can be repaired or replaced. Finally, you will receive the repaired or replacement item back with an assessment form indicating how the item was assessed and handled by our technical service.
