Fixative is always needed to install the EVO FLEX accessories. The fixative must be suitable for outdoor use and be UV and weather-resistant. It must also have high initial adhesion and be permanently elastic after hardening. The screw holes can be used to help keep it in place. The screw holes can be used to help keep the profile in place, such as while waiting for the fixative to dry.

The EVO FLEX accessories can also be installed without screws. It is not always possible to use screws because, for example, there is not enough space or when installing on a hard surface like stone.
